What I love about AYSO is watching families come together:  I see parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, older siblings working together to encourage players as they develop.  I get to watch players working hard, and that moment when it *clicks* - some small thing - a save, a great pass that leads to a goal or that very first goal that makes the smiles get bigger by the second.  Players arrive at the field and I hear calls of "Hey Coach Kim" from players who I never coached!  Its so rewarding because it goes to show how players and their families have created a bigger family:  AYSO Region 715!
